VVM Konzeption und Projektentwicklung GmbH together with their partners in Brussels and Luxembourg consult investors on fundraising possibilities for the establishment of industrial facilities (e.g. combined heat and power stations, waste incineration plants) and real estates.
Among the various activities of VVM Konzeption und Projektentwicklung GmbH is the preliminary examination of the projects with a view to their eligibility for EU funds, assistance with preparing business plans and applications for public funds, assistance during the examination procedure including coordination between the investor and the fund authority as well as coordination with possibly involved authorities and local governments.
Joint Ventures, Private Equity
VVM Konzeption und Projektentwicklung GmbH assists enterprises in the regenerative energy (geothermics, solar technology, combined heat and power etc.), drinking water drilling and oil production sectors with, among other things, establishing and/or expanding their businesses. To this end, special focus is also put on the raising of capital (joint ventures, private equity, mezzanine-financing etc.)
